What is $2 Tuesday?
We have a special new release every Tuesday that is only $2 for 24 hours, starting at 9 AM EST. After this time Wednesday, it reverts back to the regular price.
Are all the stickers punched for the sticker book?
Yes! All of our stickers are punched for our Sticker Book, including Mini Stickers (unless otherwise stated in the description). Only the freebie samplers are not punched.
What is the sticker book?
We sell coils with covers to store your sticker sheets. The coils can be opened and closed easily to add or remove sheets (sheets not included). Check the Sticker Books collection to see more sizes and items that we have available.
What is the Hatch Pack and the $2 Tuesday Bundle?
These are the two subscription packages that are currently available. Please see the listing descriptions for details regarding each one, as they are different kits.
Can I request a custom sticker?
We always have a variety of custom stickers available: Check out our Customs collection to see them all! We also offer the option on some of our customs to save your file. This allows you to purchase the same sheet again at any time for a lesser price.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We ship most packages the same or next day using First-Class Mail. The USPS website advertises delivery in 1 to 3 days. Check out our Shipping Info page for more details.
What if there’s something wrong with an order I received?
Contact us and we will work with you to correct it right away.
What if my order never arrives?
If your tracking says your package is in transit, you can contact USPS with your tracking number. If there is no tracking on your package, please wait two weeks from the ship date. If it has not arrived by then, you may contact us via the contact form on our website.
If your tracking says your package was delivered, you can take these steps:
Contact USPS with your tracking number.
Check with your neighbors to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong home.
If it's 2 weeks from the ship date and you still haven't received your package, contact us for further instruction.
